Goodie Bag Inserts

Give conference attendees a sample of your music, magazine or anything else you can think of! We will be giving out 1,000 goodie bags to conference attendees. Small items (CDs, postcards, fliers) are $400 and large items (magazines, catalogues) are $700.

Items must be received at the Madison Renaissance Hotel no earlier than October 21 and no later than November 1.

Trade Show Booth

Display your product, service or music while making valuable contacts. All booths are 8x8 and include pipe and drape, a table and two chairs. The trade show runs from noon until 6:00 PM on Friday, November 11 and Saturday, November 12 and remains open from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM for the post-panel mixer both days, TRADE SHOW SPACE IS VERY LIMITED - $950 per booth - includes two full registrations.
